I just read an article about small businesses making money advertising on social networking sites. I have noticed that, way before the CNN Money article. I personally have friends that actually make hundreds of dollars in profits weekly marketing products on social networking sites like HI5, Myspace and many more.

They keep their secrets closely guarded and won't tell even their closest friends how they exactly do it. I have been studying this for long and I finally got to convince a girl that uses this marketing methods to get hundreds of visitors to her web site every single day to explain to me the exact way this is done.

She gave me a brain dump of all she knows about marketing and making money on social networking sites. I took a few hours to study the startegies and I was up and running.

I was amazed by the results within a few hours and boy its the most effective marketing I have ever done online ;)

Here is an update about tag and ping.

I started a new blog with a new blogger account and had the keywords I am targeting in the profile. I added it to my technorati account and its only a day old.
The blog now appears in the technorati "who's blogging about box whenever the tags are searched and it has already started getting visitors.

Final notes:
Try and have a different acoount for all your blogs as long as they target different markets. And always include the keywords in your profile.

Then you get people to the site to make use of the content and advertise to them at the same time. You could actually profit if it is all done correctly. If you have very useful content that will attract and keep readers and keep posting fresh content to keep them coming back t read, then you will surely increase your chance of making money with the web site or blog.

When visitors spend more time reading your blog, the chance is greater which increase the probability of them clicking an ad that may be pay per click or affiliate product ad and you could earn.
